At DVL® Official Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item is not a perfect fit or arrives with a defect, you can return or exchange it within 7 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your DVL® account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and submit a request.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original, unworn condition with all DVL® tags and protective packaging intact to qualify for a refund.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location near you.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
